A contract between the purchaser and hoof® shoes is created by the following steps:
- Order is placed on the hoof® shoes website.
- An automated email will be sent to your designated email address notifying you that hoof® shoes has received your order.
- Once payment has been fully processed, acceptance/dispatch of your order will occur. Orders will be sent via NZ Post with an expected delivery time frame of 1-3 working days for New Zealand deliveries and 7-10 days for Australian deliveries. Please note a signature will be required for all deliveries unless otherwise specified in the delivery notes.
- Acceptance of your order may not take place if the product ordered is out of stock or on back order and/or if there is a payment failure e.g. credit or debit card declined.
- If any problems occur with your order, the hoof® shoes team will contact you.
- Please ensure that you, and you alone, are the sole user of your hoof® shoes account.
- The “on-selling” of goods purchased from hoof® shoes is not permitted.
hoof® shoes are dedicated to providing you with quality service and funky footwear for your little ones feet. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your hoof® shoes product, email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, customer number, invoice number and daytime contact telephone number.
Email email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be posted or couriered to hoof® shoes within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition with the original receipt/invoice. A replacement pair of shoes will be couriered to you (free of charge) upon receipt of these shoes. Please note hoof® shoes deal with returns on a “first returned, first replaced” basis. ** Please remember to include your child’s foot measurement in mm (as per our sizing guide).
Not what you wanted?
If for any reason you decide that you want to return your purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be posted or couriered to hoof® shoes within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition with the original receipt/invoice. A replacement pair of shoes, credit note or full refund (the freight portion of the sale will not be included in the refund) will be issued. Any refunds will be made to the same card used to make the initial purchase.

Any purchases made prior to the commencement date of a sale will NOT be refunded in part or in full. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We have a no returns policy on sales/specials/clearance line items so please buy carefully.
All shoes that leave the hoof® shoes warehouse are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch, but if for any reason you do receive faulty goods, email email@example.com and we will work with you on the returns process. Please note that hoof® shoes reserves the right to assess the general condition and age of the shoes prior to an exchange, discount, refund or repair being offered.
